“Product works great. Packaging came all broken (again!) and could tell it was old, but product not expired yet. The product looked in tact but all six of the mini boxes were ripped and squished. Expected a more professional packaging for the money you pay. Makes me second guess the quality of the work being done where it is produced. There is no way it was damaged in shipping the way it was safely packed. For the money I spent, I just expect higher standards.”

“I genuinely want to give this product a full 5-star rating because it effectively enhances ejaculation control and has significantly improved my confidence and overall sexual experience, which I was struggling with. However, I believe two key areas could benefit from further refinement: Scent: While discretion is important for me and many users, the product has a noticeable chemical smell that makes it difficult to use undetected. A more neutral or less perceptible scent would be a meaningful improvement. Transfer & Numbing Effect: Despite thoroughly washing the area with soap and water every time, my partner has still experienced numbing sensations during oral sex. This raises some questions about potential transfer during coital intercourse, particularly given that the mucosal tissues are involved and similar. Clearer research-backed assurances or further product refinement would enhance user confidence. I must emphasize that the product has made a significant difference. Struggling with premature ejaculation impacted my self-esteem, and Promescent has helped restore confidence in my intimacy. I appreciate its effectiveness and believe that Promescent can address these concerns with continued innovation and refine the user experience.
