“I absolutely do not recommend ordering these matches or doing business with this company. After waiting over 2 months from approving the proof, my matches arrived in the completely wrong colors and the ink scratched off (most matches were already damaged when they arrived). Jackie refused to give me a full refund even though my order was 100% unsatisfactory. At the end of the day I was able to receive a partial refund after much back and forth via email, as she did not want to call over the phone to discuss. Please avoid using this company if you can.”
