“I would recommend Proov to anyone wanting insight into their hormonal health. Both the at home sperm test and complete test kit are very easy to use. The customer service is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve used Proov for two complete cycles now and couldn’t be happier. The only negative is I don’t think they ship to Canada anymore which is unfortunate.”

“I can't say enough good things about this company! We have been trying since March with many negative months and a chemical pregnancy. I decided to get this kit as it is more cost-effective and convenient than going to the doctor's office. I was able to get an understanding of my husband's sperm quality/mobility as well as an understanding of my hormones to find out that I had low progesterone. The app gave me insight into what to try next and I decided to try out the pro supplement and balancing oil... I saw my numbers improving in real time! Now here we are... PREGNANT!!! Thank you Proov! “Proov has been such a positive experience for me and my partner. It’s my favorite cycle tracking app I’ve used. It’s so much more reassuring to have multiple hormones tested throughout the month. I also love the suggestions they give you on what to eat during each phase of your cycle, the level of exercise, and additional herbal supplements you may need to take to help promote a healthy balance. I highly recommend the His and Hers kit. It’s so beneficial to also have your partner do a test. We both feel much more confident and less stressed in our journey to conceive naturally. If you’re TTC and your cycles are at all irregular, go straight for the Proov test strips rather than just the regular LH kits. The prediction of your fertile window seems so much more accurate with Proov, especially if it can be different every month. Thank you Proov and your team for creating these kits we can use from the comfort of our own home!”

“Overall, I had a good experience with Proov. My only concern was that the app (Android) can be hard to use & navigate at times. I liked how it tested multiple hormones in one kit and the sperm test was easy to use. I also thought the write up at the end of the month was useful.”
