I decided to use Proov in conjunction with ovulation predictor strips and BBT charting to get pregnant with baby #2. According to my LH strips and temp charting I had clearly ovulated, but according to Proov I did not. Since Proov claims to be a more accurate predictor of ovulation, I was panicked, immediately thinking something was wrong with me. I followed the directions carefully and tested on day 7 through 10 past peak fertility using first morning urine. Each time I tested, I received negative results (confirmed with the Proov app). According to Proov, I did not ovulate. But low and behold, a couple of weeks later, I received a positive pregnancy test. I was in a complete panic (and still slightly am), worried that my pregnancy wouldn't be viable because I wouldn't have enough progesterone, or the egg was low quality as a result of my Proov tests. However, I am now 14 weeks, and so far all testing has come back great and baby is healthy and thriving. I think Proov needs to be careful with their wording. Saying that you haven't ovulated with 4 negative tests, clearly isn't accurate. I have read about several other women that have ovulated and become pregnant despite getting all negative Proov tests in the same cycle. This ended up causing me a lot of unnecessary worry and stress. I conceived with my first daughter on the first try and then with this current one on the second try, periods are regular and uneventful. I haven't had any signs of fertility issues like my results would insinuate.

Fantastic product! After some blood work showing low progesterone levels, my doctor told me that I might not be ovulating. I found about Proov online and decided to do some testing on my own for my peace of mind. I have never used ovulation tests before, so this was all uncharted territory for me.

These are fantastic, especially for navigating the tricky world of postpartum cycles. So appreciate having an extra way to track my ovulation. Thanks Proov!

I used Proov for the first time this past cycle because I suspected I had low progesterone. The Proov tests marked me as VERY low to the point that I wasn't ovulating. I did get a blood test on cycle day 23 via my OBGYN and it showed me at 4.2 ng/ml which apparently showed I did ovulate, at least. Now I'm on progesterone suppositories which I actually start tomorrow. I'm hoping to raise my progesterone in order to have a future successful pregnancy and to stop spotting in the luteal phase.
