“It seems like a great concept and I’m all for people being able to gain knowledge about their bodies. That said, I had such poor levels of progesterone, the app said it was likely anovulatory. The Facebook group stated that I had in fact, ovulated based on my baseline level. So that was confusing. Then the app said I had very weak ovulation scores. I ended up pregnant anyway. Lucky me! That said- the Facebook group then said it should be held urine. No where on the instructions is that mentioned. So maybe there’s some user error on my part. I think proov can be a great product with a little fine tuning and maybe I just got lucky!”

“I used Proov PdG tests two months in a row according to the directions in hopes of confirming ovulation. One test was used to establish a baseline, and 9 were used to test peak progesterone days in two separate cycles. Only one day out of 9 did I get a positive test according to the strip and app. I was able to see a rise and fall in the PdG levels, yet it was classified as weak or no ovulation. I found this very upsetting. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor, and many appointments and tests later, she determined I have been ovulating normally and my actual serum progesterone was 11 ng/mL. I was really intrigued by the option of an at-home way to confirm ovulation, but unfortunately it did not work for me and caused unnecessary stress. I have read other reviews from women who had similar experiences with healthy blood test results and poor results with Proov. I leave this review to hopefully encourage other women who may be panicking about their results, go see your doctor. I also want to let the makers of Proov know that something isn't quite lining up for some women, and hopefully they can work the kinks out.”

“The Proov strips are very easy to use and give me the peace of mind and information I need to take charge of my fertility. After receiving low ovulation scores, I was able to do a consult with a endocrinologist in order to determine if progesterone supplements are right for me. I’m so grateful for this product as I have never been so knowledgeable about my body and even the reproductive process. I will be purchasing each month until we successfully conceive, soon hopefully!”

“These tests are more reliable than serum Pdg tests because the result is an average level over a span of time instead of the level right at that moment which changes drastically throughout the day. They’ve given me the reassurance I needed that I’ve ovulated and given me better insight to my hormone levels and ovulation quality”
