“I use Proov PdG test strips. The app is impressive in that it can determine how much progesterone the strip detected, just from the strength of the line on the strip (or lack of a line). It hasn't let me down in my six cycles so far. I did discover that the app will not allow two test submissions within one day: I retroactively submitted the baseline test, and then attempted to submit the test for the day. The app wouldn't allow this. I waited 24 hours and submitted instead.”

“It was a great at home kit to get some data once we decided to start trying to conceive. I really liked knowing where my numbers were at month to month so when I went to talk with my doctor I already had some information (from the privacy of my home).”

“Proov has helped me determine when I successfully ovulate. I feel women do not receive enough education about their fertility until they start trying to get pregnant. Proov allows you to learn more about your cycle before trying to get pregnant as well as during.”

“I would never have known that I have weak ovulation or been able to get the progesterone support I need from my doctors without Proov. Since I am doing fertility treatments, doctors assured me that my blood test 7 days past ovulation confirmed healthy ovulation--even though my numbers kept going down every treatment cycle and I was barely meeting follicle measurements for trigger shots. After a couple cycles of tracking with Proov, I was able to show my doctor that my progesterone levels fall off too early, and we will be supplementing with Rx progesterone in future cycles.”
