“I would never have known that I have weak ovulation or been able to get the progesterone support I need from my doctors without Proov. Since I am doing fertility treatments, doctors assured me that my blood test 7 days past ovulation confirmed healthy ovulation--even though my numbers kept going down every treatment cycle and I was barely meeting follicle measurements for trigger shots. After a couple cycles of tracking with Proov, I was able to show my doctor that my progesterone levels fall off too early, and we will be supplementing with Rx progesterone in future cycles.”

“The customer service is superb! I can’t say enough good things about the ladies who support Proov and how thoughtful and responsive they are! Overall I enjoyed the product to learn more about my cycle and especially be able to identify when I ovulated, as temping is never exact. For that reason I rate this product a 4/5. Personally, where I feel it fell short is identifying the exact PDG “peak”. There’s a bit of variability this doesn’t account for, which is to be expected from a non-medical grade product. It’s a fantastic tool to gain more insight and identify red flags. As long as women see it as a tool, then they will appreciate the science behind this great tool.”
