“I really like how in can pinpoint my progesterone rise or lack of so this tells me if I need progesterone supplements. CS was very polite and helpful when I’ve asked questions.”

“While I enjoy the ability to test progesterone at home the app is tricky to use and the test takes some getting used to. For example, if you don’t take a baseline test you are not able to use the app for that month. Also, if you take photos of the strips and try to upload it at a later time you can only upload one day at a time so you can’t take photos and expect to upload the results all at once. Lastly, the test strips are pretty expensive and since these are the only pdg strips available (that I know of) you don’t really have any other options.”

“This is a good test kit to compare PdG levels throughout the luteal phase and between cycles. But they do need some work. I would not use them as Yes or No test for ovulation. Because there’s the faintest line after a while that appears every time, even if you ovulated and the progesterone levels are above 10. I always double check with BBT tracking and sometimes a lab test.”
