With their predict and confirm kit, I am able to track my most fertile days with their LH strips and follow up post ovulation to determine if ovulation was successful. It takes the guessing out of timing things correctly and it is all easily followed on the app!”

“Before using Proov, other digital ovulation kits were not pinpointing my peak LH and I knew nothing about the "quality" of my ovulation. Since getting Proov & Predict with LH & PdG tests, I am able to accurately target my LH surge, letting me know my best chances to conceive, and testing my PdG let me know that I was having low progesterone. I began to supplement with a natural vitamin and was able to see an increase within the next month for a positive ovulation. The online Facebook group is wonderful for support and asking questions too!”
