“This has helped me figure out what is going on with my cycle! I realized that I do ovulate each month just not “well”. With the help of the Proov LH and PdG strips, I’ve been able to keep track of my levels and find a supplement to hopefully give my body the boost it needs.”

“I love using the Proov kit to check that I ovulated and track my lh spikes. I use progesterone suppositories and I check three days past my peak LH surge to make sure that I really did release an egg and it wasn’t a false spike.”
