“I bought this kit to see the levels of different hormones such as my PDG, FSH and E1G. It was really useful in knowing that my PDG fluctuates from cycle to cycle, and that my E1G to PDG was low, which prompted me to get further blood testing and use supplements to increase my level. All in all, I highly recommend the Complete Kit.”

“I love the Proov Complete system. It is very helpful in understanding your cycle. It is too pricey to do all the time, but great for a few times a year. My only problem is that if you miss day 5 you cannot log any of the test. While I understand the purpose of this I wish there was a way to test your hormones using the strips and app even if you aren’t following protocol. Just to know your current levels not to get the ovulation insight.”
