“Proov has the most excellent customer service. I’ve had a lot of questions and was given prompt responses that were well thought out and helpful! The pdg tests were my favorite! I got LH tests because I had super irregular sometimes long cycles (40 days) and one day I took my LH and had a super high score, like the max. I emailed them questioning something and they informed me I had accidentally uploaded the picture the wrong orientation. And not only that, I had most likely ovulated a few days before. After using proov, and going trying off and on.. once we were actively “trying but not” a few months later we got pregnant! I’m now a few days shy of 20 weeks. The pdg tests and insight to ovulation really helped me feel confident early on in my pregnancy. Cannot stress enough that customer service is as important and special to me as the products! Thank you!! Also, to some of the one stars.. the urine test gives a different level than blood because as indicated, blood is one point in time and urine tests the average day before. And the proov app always lets you know if you need to retake the photo. I found the app super user friendly. You have the option to upload a photo too”

“The tests are very easy to read, accurate, and the app is simple! Customer service is even better, shout out to Lynden who was the absolute sweetest, and so very helpful. ❤️ Used these for one cycle and just found out I’m pregnant!”

“A year ago I would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately I think some updates may have goofed somethings up. I have been using the Lh strips and when taking the picture the app misread a lot of my strips. It entered a peak day when it was very clearly not, it's logged tests for me that I haven't taken, and been glitch to try to use lately. Used to be so easy and accurate! I hope the bugs get worked out.”
