“Quick, easy, and painless way to confirm ovulation. We use it in combination with Creighton Model charting for 100% accuracy (for pregnancy avoidance). I preferred the old packaging as there was less material (and thus cheaper to ship to Canada), but I just buy multiple packs and stock up. Excellent product.”

“Before Proov, I thought the issue with me not being able to achieve a pregnancy as soon as I had hoped was due to something completely different than what the Proov tests showed. But after testing with Proov I was able to get the real picture and make the changes I needed to that brought me results. After trying Proov for one cycle, I got pregnant the very next cycle”

“This has given me the knowledge to take control of my ttc journey. With these strips I am able to confirm that I have ovulated and not only that but how my progesterone is after ovulation. “Before using Proov, other digital ovulation kits were not pinpointing my peak LH and I knew nothing about the "quality" of my ovulation. Since getting Proov & Predict with LH & PdG tests, I am able to accurately target my LH surge, letting me know my best chances to conceive, and testing my PdG let me know that I was having low progesterone. I began to supplement with a natural vitamin and was able to see an increase within the next month for a positive ovulation. The online Facebook group is wonderful for support and asking questions too!”
