“I've been using Proov progesterone strips since they were first developed. I thought they were a reliable and much needed product back then, but Amy has continued to tweak them to be even better in the last few years, all while continuing her personal connection with Proov testers in the official Proov Facebook group. Other methods to confirm ovulation did not work reliably for me. Over the years, Proov strips have provided the critical data I need to confirm whether I've ovulated or not each cycle.
