“Customer service was great but we had issues with the test and results twice. The first device we were sent would not work and the second device gave us results but the video glitched. My husband had to do it again and he got a good video but it disappeared after he viewed it and couldn't find it again. Customer service was nice to send us a new device and extra tests”

“Product didn't work. I was referred to manufacturer for product defect. Was told that they would send a new test that never came. I'm about to file visa dispute.”

“Overall I had trouble getting the sample in the slide, you should provide a better way of getting it in that small slot between the plastic and the slide, like maybe a small needle instead of the plastic one you provided, once it got bubbles in the one you provided it took forever to get the sample in it and it wasn’t even full so there for you don’t get not a full sample which I think doesn’t give you a full result jmo”
