“My husband and I used this early on in our TTC journey before we were "allowed" to seek Fertility Help. (Typically you have to try for 6 months to a year before getting help in the US). This was an easy way for us to check his side of things. It was easy to use, but note that you will have to use your phone. It even comes with enough for 2 tests so you can check for improvements if the scores are low and you make lifestyle changes (For example, diet, exercise, or quit or reduce drinking/smoking). I thought it was especially cool to "see the swimmers". It gave a "score" as well as explained some things to do to enhance sperm health. I recommend if you're looking for an easy-to-use at-home option. (As a side note, we did have a "professional" workup at a clinic a few months after this test and it correlated well with those test results.) I also highly recommend other Proov products intended for women's health as well. Additionally, the support team is AWESOME. Super friendly and responsive via email. Can't recommend this company enough!”

“After months of tracking and testing my own hormones I decided it was time to look at HIS swimmers. I used everything for myself from proov so it was a no brained to order the YO kit from Proov. The test itself was very easy to navigate and it was so awesome to view the results. Highly recommend even if just for science, it was very cool.”

“Used the test twice within a 5 month time span and it should drastic changes for the good with the second time around. Highly recommend, not only does it give you insight on sperm quality but it’s so cool to be able to see the video afterwards.”
