“The PCA provides excellent training courses, one of which being a Damp and Timber Surveyor Training course which I attended. The trainers themselves were extremely knowledgeable and very professional, whilst also providing a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Both trainers I met were very polite and patient, so I got to ask all of the questions I needed to ask. A pretty decent lunch was also provided as part of the course and all Covid 19 protocols were followed. All in all, I was extremely happy with the overall experience. Definitely exceeded my expectations and then some.”
