“The speaker was extremely competent and delivered the information, pitched just right, giving lots of information without being too technical. Personally the only thing missing for me was recommendations on which treatments, chemicals etc would be most effective for the specific insect species dealt with, but overall it was a really excellent presentation”

“I really enjoy the introductory videos, they provide enough information to keep your attention whilst not going too in depth on any one point. I use these videos to raise my awareness of things to look out for whilst on site and undertaking investigations in both newly built and converted properties. I found the wood destroying insect presentation of great value as and per the other presentation it was delivered in a easy to follow format. The release of the video afterwards is an added benefit as this act as a reference to return to when needed, not to mention the CPD value. The video also comes in handy should I be interrupted during the presentation, I can simply forward to the part I may have missed. Keep going with these.”
