Well presented, by both Andy and Kassie, very informative with regards to other aspects that affect air quality, other than humidity, which is what we normally focus on. Well done PCA Team, Well balanced webinar, interactive with the audience, regarding questions and answers. George Rees. Independent D&T Surveyor.

I signed up because I was concerned about a daughter and grand children living directly on a busy London road literally about 3 m to their bedroom window. I obtained information on how to approach fixing it (adsorbtion on activated charcoal PIV)

Excellent presentation by an excellent presenter who is fluent and on top of her subject. Genuine education (not just a sales pitch).

The topic was well covered by both the host and the guest speaker. The host (Andy) was a very competent host and co-ordinated and steered the webinar through very professionally indeed. I was just a little surprised that the guest did not know as much about CO2 levels in terms of ppm but she certainly knew about that in terms of the acceptable percentage levels and all other aspects of the topic in abundance. Very good presentation.

A little disappointing turned into more of a sale pitch rather than the normal high quality training presentation. Completely dismissed natural ventilation (opening windows) in favour of mechanical vents which they supply. Natural ventilation is not suitable in all situations but is free and carbon neutral and so should be the first consideration in every case.
