Good speaker, clear and concise approach to the topic, providing a comprehensive oversight of the subject. In my opinion, the seminar fulfilled the objectives and I was pleased to have been offered the opportunity to attend.

To ensure you know about and work within the legalisation with regards to species and habitats and designated site as well as a moral duty to protect / enhance biodiversity I also know we should be enhancing biodiversity where ever possible. In Wales we also have the Future Generations Act which could have a bearing on contractors in Wales. It's an area I used to train people as a Biodiversity Education Officer for those working within and contractors for the council. A a public body under the NERC Act they have an extra "duty to enhance and conserve biodiversity in all their functions"
