“I found the webinar (my first) very informative. From the questions/comments it was easy to pick out industry representatives wanting to encourage use of the product. I have not changed my opinion that you need to be very wary of any treatment which has the potential to change the moisture characteristics of timber. A couple of housekeeping issues; there was at least one spelling mistake in the presentation and anyone preparing slides in the future should remember that viewers cannot see the bottom right-hand corner, so text can be lost.”

“A very worth while webinar. Spray foam has been around for many years and its good to see the PCA has taken an interest in the damage it can cause if misused. With a quarter of a million plots having had one type or another of the foam installed you soon realise what the foam can be hiding. If a surveyor’s job was not hard enough, this certainly does not help. It is reassuring to see the PCA producing a simply to understand yet concise report on not only the types of foam, its identification, its use, both correct and incorrect installations and all in 45 minutes.”
