“Started by saying that there wasn't going to be too much time spent talking about JK, as no doubt the vast majority have a good knowledge of JK already. Then proceeded to spend 30+ minutes talking about JK, which 90% of the attendees no doubt already knew, and then had to rush through the content that I came for, which was no doubt what everyone else came for too, given that was the plan for the presentation. Ended up spending the following hour looking into it myself as very little about the new guidance was covered in any real detail. Advice moving forward is don't spend more than 5-10 minutes giving the basics of JK, focus on the purpose of the exercise.”
