“I found the Webinar informative, well constucted and presented in a lively articulate fashion. My only critique is that when illustrating a failure/fault the context photo is used without a closeup detail of the problem that would enable the observer to identify the macro/micro detail /measure being discussed with clarity. This is a common failure on many webinars and different platformyes [tablet, laptop desktop] where an additional closeup would illustrate and magnify the fault detail being discussed. This was my first PCA webinar and for some reason, the link took me straight to the meeting room without signing in and passing go!!!. I,m involved with Retrofit, EPC, PAS2035 etc and have been aware of your site for many years. I feel your approach [modus operandi ]sets a very high standard within the building industry. Well done.”
