“i am new to the world of mould and damp and i thought it was a great introduction to the subject. I am a visual learner so the plethora of photos was excellent. Having a copy of the handouts before would have been great to make notes on and would have enriched the course for me. I know the trainer was busy and had to leave but questions and answer time would have been welcomed as the delivery of the slides was fasted pace.”
