Really interesting webinar, presented in clear, engaging manner, with good examples.

Very interesting and difficulty in answering questions within limited time acknowledged but some still unanswered like how to tell if space saver card has been used to create an air gap between the sarking felt and soft/open cell foam insulation and ease of removal of latter plus practicality without causing damage. Understood that hard/closed cell almost definitely requires replacing the roof.

Thank you for the webinar it was excellent. Spray foam is and has been a topic for a lot of surveyors. It is important to have sessions with professionals who understand the area better and guide others. Good knowledge.

As a non-professional interested consumer attendee, I thought the talk was very informative. In what is clearly a grey and poorly unregulated area, I thought the speaker had an excellent grasp of the topic and the issues it throws up. As someone who has this foam incorrectly installed, I wouldn’t mind some feedback in return from the PCA, if only to provide possible options. Thank you.

It was interesting to hear the PCA's view on the new protocol from a surveying perspective however I found the 'angle' to be overly negative. Yes, there are too many rogue spray foam installers doing poor work and not checking for the suitability of the product but for those of us who are carrying out due diligence and ensuring the product is installed properly the negativity is incredibly damaging. I think it would be beneficial for future presentations to show examples of good work, so that the surveying community can see and understand both good and bad.
