“I don't feel the standard of this presentation was good enough. The Property Care Association and its members have worked hard to present as a professional organisation which should be able to provide clear concise and detailed information on all levels, I do not wish to criticise any individuals but I simply don't believe we can put out such a mishmash of repeated phrases and obvious information and call it CPD, I hope this will be taken on board and more thought and care can be put into future presentations”

Hi Bob, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry to hear the webinar did not quite meet your expectations, but we acknowledge your comments. Our aim is to provide webinars to a range of audiences, members to non-members, those starting their careers to those who already have a wealth of experience. This particular webinar was intended for those that may not have had extensive knowledge or an understanding of surveying dampness in below ground spaces. We appreciate that there would have been some on the webinar that would already have most of the knowledge being shared. If it is the case that we have not been descriptive enough on the webinar description prior to the event to advise that, then we do apologies.
