“The trainer obviously knew what he was talking about & had some good information regarding the water vapour occasioned by everyday living. I just felt that there was too much focus on not upsetting the tenants about the name you gave it but it boils down to the same thing. Whether you call it "lifestyle" or just everyday living, water vapour generated by it is often the cause of condensation in properties and what we need are ways to extract it. Given the name of the webinar, I thought that evidence was going to be presented that proved that the majority of mould was caused by building faults rather than 'lifestyle', but this wasn't the case.”
