“I used this sealer on slate as slate is a dense stone. I tested on a sample I have prior to applying to all countertops. On the sample it did darken it a bit, but not a lot. The countertops however got much darker and upon drying look blotchy. I would not recommend this sealer for this stone.”
“I use Meta Creme on just about every surface. Leaves a coat that resists water. After a rain everything has just beats of water, including the wood on a gazebo.”
