“Ordered 2 jugs. Checked in shipment tracking and it says there was a delay because it was damaged, but to proceed per shippers instruction. So the package arrives a few days late. It wasn’t even in a box, it was in a plastic bag that had a large hole in it and one jug was dented and almost all the way empty. Reached out to pro solutions twice letting them know about it and left contact info and they never returned an email or phone call.”
