“We pulled up the carpet in our 1930 home to find some suspicious looking black adhesive stuck to the concrete. Rather than mess around testing it, we decided to encapsulate it and move on with our renovation. We called the technical support number listed in the product data sheet and they recommended this product for our needs. I masked up and applied two coats using a paint roller on a mop handle - just like white paint. We feel much better knowing that everything is fully coated. And now we can safely install new carpet and padding over it.”
