“Recommended to do before roof failure. Just follow the directions to extend flat roof life for at least 5 years or more. Added bonus of reflective white definitely cools my garage compared to before.
Will be reapplying another coat in the fall for good measure.”
“after coating the roof I noticed water standing on the roof, not sure why. I felt the roof with my hand and it was cool. returned with a digital thermometer, wow, the new roof surface temperature was 105 degrees, checked existing roof was 174 degrees. I will have to coat the old roof, as this will lower my ac electric bill.
I have 4 roofs, I now have 3 of them coated. I know the electric bill will be lower but not sure how much.”
