I corresponded with two different people over the matter. The first was ‚ÄúGeri‚Äù which then got forwarded to ‚ÄúLauren‚Äù which then was forwarded back to ‚ÄúGeri‚Äù at another time. Both of whom said ‚Äúupon checking it looks like your order had all the items that it should have contained.‚Äù Well ‚ÄúGeri and Lauren‚Äù my shipment in fact did not have all my items in it or I wouldn‚Äôt have inquired about it. I don‚Äôt know why anyone would try and dispute not receiving one item in a shipment, or why a company would argue not once but twice over it. Bummer because I work for a medical office who would have ordered more items for employees I‚Äôd this hadn‚Äôt been our experience .”
