“When I placed my order everything was in stock. I was alerted my entire order shipped, upon receiving my order I noted a bracelet was missing. I sent them an email asking why they wouldn't have told me an item was missing that I was charged for. I was told I needed to send a picture of the items received for them to believe me that they sent an incomplete order. Since it was a 3 day turn around to reapond to my message my kids were already wearing the bracelets and weren't home so I refused. How much sense does it make to take a picture of items received when the item in question isn't there??? It would be easy to omit an item if i were lying... correct?? Makes zero sense to me. Check my invoice.. im only missing one item.. They then tell me the item missing is out of stock and to choose another item. Again, this was their mess up and somehow I am penalized for it? My son wanted the LGBTQ bracelet that I was charged for an never received. Really unimpressed with customer service and ill never buy from these guys again. I now have to wait until the item is in stock and supposedly they will email me... i doubt highly that will happen. I did nothing wrong, paid for something I never received and they make ME feel like im in the wrong...”
