“I ordered three bracelets on September 2nd, with the expected shipping time to be no more than a week. My first and only update was on September 11th saying that my order was in transit. September 23rd came and still nothing, so I kept an eye out for the expected shipping date. When the day of the latest expected shipping date came around, the shipping date would just change to the next day and repeat the cycle. On September 24th I decided to send an email. In this email I also included how I wanted to know how id be able to leave a negative review, and that question was never answered by “Jake”. Luckily i was able to find how to leave a review with all the junk mail they send. A response to my email came a week later simply saying my order had been considered lost. I was never sent any emails prior, notifying me that my package had been lost. I would’ve never been made aware of this if I hadn’t sent an email myself. To sum it up, my package came over a month after ordering it when it was supposed to take no longer than a week and the headache was not worth it”
