“Someone needs to call me and follow up on my order with a Shipment Tracking Number which is usually provided for such online orders. Pura Vida has nice bracelets and it is great that a small portion goes to helping our Oceans. But, there needs to be better follow-through to make sure orders are trackable and delivery can happen in as timely a manner as possible !! I ordered this product in plenty of time, so if it does not show up in the morning tomorrow I will be exceedingly disappointed, as I will have nothing to give to my granddaughter for her birthday !!”
