“Due to an issue with my package getting lost (occasionally my post office decides to bounce back things that are addressed correctly due to 'insufficient address') I haven't yet gotten my bracelets, but I had to leave a 5 star review because of how promptly customer service took care of me! I was emailed within an hour of contacting them and asked to verify my shipping address and order number so they could re-send my order. When one of the bracelets I ordered was out of stock, customer service gave me the option of picking a different one or waiting for the back-ordered one, and my new shipment was sent out right away! I'm extremely pleased with how promptly this was taken care of and will definitely shop with PuraVida again for that reason alone.”
