“My first order included a braided BEACH bracelet. And it doesn't appear as they have pictured. So they quickly tried to send me a new one. For free, and to just keep the one I had already gotten. Well the second was the same as the first. Not as pictured! So instead they had me list some alternative bracelets that I would like to receive instead.
I picked this braided bracelet. Pleased with their need to please me, the customer. However that bracelet was ordered Jan. 4th and here the 21st, I have yet to receive the bracelet! Tracking number had had it stuck in Ca since the 5th???
Still pleased with the customer service end though!”
“The only "complaint" I have, is the advertising that your order will be processed within a week (during the holiday season, too) but that wasn't the case for me. I think that it should be mentioned that everything could take a little longer around the holidays.”
