“Ordered this two weeks and still have not received it. Customer service keeps telling me “not to worry” and apparently sent a replacement order. That order appears lost in shipment as well; it shipped 3 days ago but has not left San Diego. This was supposed to be a gift, but clearly I’ll have to give something else instead. Overall, I’d say this is a very disappointing company to work with.”
