“I ordered 4 bracelets for my daughter on 11/23. I received 4 completely different bracelets on 11/30. I emailed with no response for 2 days and then called an spoke with someone who assured me they will send me the correct bracelets I ordered and payed for. As of today, 12/7, I haven't received them. I told the person I spoke with that these are a Hanukkah gift and Hanukkah begins 12/12. I was assured I'd receive them in time but now I am getting worried.”
“I was very satisfied with my purchase as they arrived nicely packaged. I also enjoyed the sticker which is now on my laptop. Though they were nice, there was a strange waxy feeling and smell to the bracelets that i had to wash out. Other than that, my experience was satisfactory.”
