“The products I received came very quickly, are of exceptional quality, and are very beautiful and comfortable. I have no complaints about the bracelets themselves. I was quite disappointed though in the service/ website itself, although I was able to get one of the products I wanted, all the others were out of stock (even after I waited a week or 2). I understand they are handmade so the process of restock might take longer but even today (about a month + later) they are still out of stock. I was also a bit frustrated by the fact that I was given a 15% discount but could not use it unless I purchased a third bracelet because the discount brought the price of the actual bracelets a few cents below $10.”
