“While it’s a cute bracelet, the overall experience of getting it puts a sour taste in my mouth. I bought it along with 2 anklets and paid shipping at checkout only to have USPS hold my package hostage cuz postage wasn’t paid for. Once I get it, it snaps and breaks trying to adjust it. The replacement bracelet was a different color and I was promised shipping was paid for, only to have to have USPS take that package hostage and demand MORE postage. I was quoted more than the bracelet itself was worth. Even though the rep swears it’s something they’re talking to the courtier about, I don’t know what’s so damn hard about paying postage.”
