“This has been a great fundraiser for my son's 8th grade class trip to Washington DC. They are easy to sell, ordering is great, and we have never had an issue with shipping. We have been doing so well that we are now selling them year round, and have made different sets for the various holidays.”
“I ordered the custom bracelet for a fundraiser for my son's baseball team. There were two different green colors and then a white color. The green colors looked extremely different on the website design. One was light green and one dark. After receiving the bracelets, the two green colors were both dark green. I reached out right away to customer service and they responded. I sent pictures of the website design and what I received. They acknowledged the colors were different on the website than what was made but said that the colors they have were what was made. I asked them to fix the website and they said they would not nor issue a refund. Very dissappointed.”

“I cannot review the product as I have not yet received it. I placed an order on 8/15/24. It was due to be delivered 9/16/24. I contacted Pura Vida and they said they sent it out and to call the post office. I called the post office and they said they never received it from DHL (who Pura Vida sent it to). So Pura Vida did submit our order to be processed again (which they said will take about 5 weeks). That is nice, however, we needed these bracelets for a fundraiser. If this new order is not delivered, or takes too long to make and ship, we will have bracelets that won't be used for the intended purpose.
After reading BBB reviews on Pura Vida, shipping and receiving your order seems to be a common problem. Buyer beware.”
