“I was really excited about this mask, the prints are beautiful and perfect for summer. Wearing a mask isn't exactly fun but when it's this beautiful, it's not so bad. It's really nice looking and good quality material however the the shape of it is crooked. One side is higher on my face than the other, so it's not really functional and it looks ridiculous. I contacted support for help with this issue and no one responded. So now I'm stuck with a mask I can't wear.”
