First, I only received one earring which was not a mistake on my end, and then I had to wait through email to get a response only for them to say they could not give me the other earring and instead I could buy another product from the website. Why would I buy another product from the website when I specifically ordered a single product in the first place? Never shopping from Pura Vida again.”
