“I never received my package, and I have been trying to get in touch with customer service. I filled out the online contact form and left them a voice message. I got an email saying I need to check with the carrier. I have been calling the carrier and trying to figure out where my order it. Pura Vida has been completely unhelpful and of no assistance in my case. Will not be buying or recommending Pura Vida to people.”
