“I bought a subscription for my 12 year old granddaughter's birthday. The website did not have an option for a mailing address. I had to use my address and forward the gift when I got it. I told this to Puravida and they said I could go back to the site and change it. I see no ability to do that on the site. Now I need to change the ring size on the subscription. No go. There is no contact information so I can get a hold of anyone in this company to make these changes. I will not purchase from Puravida again until this is resolved.”
