“I placed an order on Nov 25, 2017. It shipped Nov 30 and arrived on Dec 10. The ENTIRE order is wrong. I emailed them immediately. I received 2 blanket emails back telling me they will get back to me when they are able to. One directly after I emailed them. The second arrived 5 days later. I decided to call (since messaging on their FB page is a not an option) and got sent to voicemail. Seriously???? I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here. I have worked customer service for YEARS. I know that accidents happen. But this is not how you show your customers love. This is how you hide from doing the right thing and working with the customer. I will think twice before ever ordering from them or recommending them to anyone.”
