“I have contacted puravida multiple times and they have yet to help me. I have emailed 4 times and called twice and each time someone says hello, they hang up on me within a few seconds. My daughter and I ordered the same gift for someone, her under her own login and me under mine. We got confused about who was purchasing but purvida refuses to help us. Rings are returnable according to their website but the website will only let me choose a different size, not return or a different ring. They are in their original packaging, but still no response and it is convenient that they have hung up on me each time I called. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I know COVID has affected many businesses but I have been emailing and trying to call for 6 weeks and still not response. I guess I have to give up and I am out the money. I will not order from them again and if you are not certain you will keep your order, DO NOT place it.”
