“I returned two size nine rings in exchange for 2 size eight rings, but I never got the rings. I followed all of the exchange procedures, even contacted your company for assistance. That was probably a month ago and still no rings. Twice I've gotten this request for a review and twice I said I haven't rcvd them and twice I got the auto reply that your shipping dept would be notified. Still no rings.”
