“Return policy is horrible. Received a ring that was poorly made and completely battered, like someone banged the ring with a chisel and hammer. Could not even put the ring on any finger, it was that messed up. Return policy won‚Äôt let you return the ring if it‚Äôs out of the package. So had to throw the ring away.”
